The CBI/RBI industry has shown “versatility and determination” throughout 2020 and the early part of 2021, Windsor Capital Management’s co-founder Hiran Chohan has said.
Speaking on the key developments in the CBI/RBI space over the last 12 months, Chohan stated: “2020 was a difficult year for all due to the Coronavirus pandemic, be it personally or professionally – the CBI/RBI industry is no different.
“Despite this, however, the industry has shown its versatility and determination to successfully overcome challenges and continue to beat its drum to the demands for its products,” he added.
Last year saw countries tweak their programs to accommodate restrictions on travel and offer incentives to encourage applications. Some of the most popular incentives have seen the Caribbean CBI programs offer discounted donation amounts and widen the definition of dependants to include siblings. One such program that has seen great success through its incentive program is the CBI program in St. Kitts and Nevis.
